About Custos
Custos is a law blog that aims to provide a review on current advents in criminal law and appellate issues in BC. Commentary is largely focused on the newest jurisprudence from the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and is geared towards both practitioners and those with an interest in the Canadian justice system.
